Returns & Exchanges
While it is always our goal to ship quality merchandise, should you encounter a product that is defective, shipped incorrectly or not constructed per customer specifications, please contact our Customer Service Department at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 844.LINENS1 (844.546.3671). Claims must be received by our Customer Service Department within 10 calendar days of the date received.
For non-defective returns, we accept returns for exchange or refund within 10 calendar days of the date received (after 10 calendar days no returns are allowed).
Before any item is returned, Customer must contact us to explain the problem and/or reason for the desired return or exchange. When a valid return/request for refund is identified a Return Authorization will be issued.
Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:
Product must be shipped at customer’s expense. Once product is received and inspected, a credit will be issued for the cost of the goods, minus the original cost of shipping and is subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Please include the following information when requesting a return: 1) Description of item, 2) description of issue, and 3) invoice number item was shipped under.
All returns require pre-approval. Please call 844.LINENS1 (844.546.3671) or email our Customer Service Department at email@example.com to request a Return Authorization for the item. Any return received without a Return Authorization number will be returned to the Customer at their cost. Linens Of The World reserves the right to make all final decisions on returns. Custom orders are not returnable. No refunds, returns or credits will be issued without a Return Authorization from the Seller or if the item is found to be damaged or misused after returned.
